Thinking of creating another character? Into Narnia could particularly use more non-humans (particularly Talking Animals), Telmarines (esp. soldiers), Archenlanders, Calormenes, and member requests.

Since Emmy no longer has time to keep up with this site, the rest of the staff members have decided to look for an addition to our team. This new staff member will be a Global Moderator like Melissa, and while he/she will help with all duties as needed, his/her main focus will be advertising. Activity seems to be a bit waning, so we could use someone to help spread the word about our beloved RP!

To apply, just fill out the form below by Sunday, Feb. 21. The staff will then consider these applications and our observations of applicants' past conduct, and then come to a decision. We reserve the right to not choose a new staff member, should we have no suitable applicants.

Length of RPG Experience: How long you have been RPing (preferably the play-by-board/forum or email RPs, but chat and tabletop too).
Previous Leadership Experience: Either online or real world. If it's online, we'd like to know where, if you can remember. Links are good.
Skills/Leadership Traits: Even if you've never been in a leadership position, what traits do you have that would make you a good leader? Also, do you have any other skills besides general rp writing that will help in this role? Are you good with graphics? Coming up with plots? Coding? Ideas for activities/contests/games? Etc.
Advertising strategy: Since one of your main jobs will be advertising, we'd like you to give us an idea of your strategy (Where you will advertise, how you will advertise, etc.).

Real Name/Online Name: Julie
Length of RPG Experience: ehhh... I think it's six years now.
Previous Leadership Experience: Well, I've had lots of experience in real life, haha... I've been a team captain, president of two clubs, stuff like that.  But the stuff you probably want to know is that I've been an admin four times and a global mod three times.  Yeah.  My current leadership positions include being an admin on a Glee site (which is dying/dead) and a global mod on another Narnia site.  I'm not proud of either of those, though... I like this site better but don't tell, haha.
Skills/Leadership Traits: Well, I'm pretty good at conversing with people, I'm reasonably active (I think), I can advertise (to be fair, though, pretty much anyone can do that), and I've come up with plot ideas before.  I'm excited to help get this site active again because I love it.  I can also make graphics - not as good as others', but they're fair enough.  Oh, and I can do coding.
Advertising strategy: This is kind of lame, but I figured I would just advertise on all the sites which post here.  Besides that, I know basically all of the other Narnia sites out there, so even though most of them have already been advertised on by this site, if another one pops up, it will likely affiliate with one of those, and I'll hop on and advertise there   And our site ad is pretty generic, yes?  So I can just copy and paste that.  ...lame, I guess, but that's all I got.
Reason for interest: I love this site, I want it to be active, and yeah.  In order for that to happen we need more members (or at least more active members?), and I'm willing to get those, as well as help out in other ways.  That's pretty much it
Notes: I'm kind of worried that I'm the only person applying for this.  ...I feel like a yuppie, or something. xD
