Character Appearance
Hair/Fur/Feathers:
Hazel brown hair, which has turned caramel brown as she grew up.
Eyes:
Hazel brown eyes, it used to match her hair, but since her hair color changed as she grew up, her hazel eyes now more blend in with her hair then match.
Overall:

Thalia has been well bred ever since Bardon accepted her within his family. With a head of chestnut locks that curls naturally and falls in soft brown waves around her shoulder, and are tied up in a half-ponytail more often then not, when she is out of court and her father's presence. Her dark locks in turn, frame her dark hazel gold eyes, and enhances her high cheekbones. Due to the amount of time she spends outside with her beloved animal friends, Thalia has a rather tanned complexion, much to her dismay.

Not really tall for her age, Thalia stands at a mere 5 feet 6, and rues the day she inherited the short genes. Yet, despite complaining and grousing about her short legs, they're slender, well toned from riding, and are strong enough to bring her running for miles without tiring out. Thalia also has a penchant for sword fighting, despite being completely hopeless in archery and hand-to-hand combat. Her training in the art of sword however, has left her with well toned arms, not to mention a pair of wide shoulders of which she doesn't particularly favour.

Back whilst she stayed with the Earlshires, Thalia would don the dresses and gowns he prepares for her, only because she adored her foster parents and wanted to please them. Bardon enjoys seeing Thalia dressed up as a lady, she concedes. In court, and in the presence of her father at home, Thalia usually puts on one of the many elaborate dresses Bardon has prepared for her.  However, now she prefers putting on simple brown dresses, and breeches with tunics, usually with a belt to tightened the usually loose breeches she can find, since they're mostly made for men.

Her flamboyant, hyper nature was born together with this chestnut haired girl, and she is as playful and as active as a 10 year old boy. Thalia is a natural with animals, horses especially, and this has led to the girl donning her riding clothes, which consists of a plain stable boy tunic, and a pair of breeches. More often then not, when Thalia would loan a random horse, and she has been mistaken for a stable hand. Not that she minds. She usually goes along until the person who mistaken her has left, and then quietly returns home, normally with a impish grin on her face

Thalia has random scars on her upper arm and around her thigh from earlier days of learning sword fighting and riding, but other then that, her skin is pretty much smooth. Or so that seems to the naked eye. But if you ever see beneath her high neck gowns and stuff, you'll see scars littering her back. Thalia herself doesn't remember where the scars come from, nor do her foster parents.

General Personality:
Thalia is, to say the least, an extremely happy-go-lucky girl, despite knowing nothing about past. Her motto is, 'Life life to its fullest everyday, for you never know when you're going to drop dead', and she follows that motto to the dot. To her, having fun is more important then going for lessons and learning geometry. One thing she doesn't miss about being 'Lady Thalia' was all the lessons abd dull droning tutors that went along with it. Now she could just be herself. That fun-loving, outspoken yet loving Thalia.

However, as everyone has times when they get dragged by the ship of emotions, Thalia too, is not spared from the worldly feelings. From time to time, the girl will wonder, why did she run from wherever she was born in the first place. Was Papa Bardon telling the truth when he said he found Thalia as a dirty ragamuffin covered in red angry welts across her back. At these times, Thalia is withdrawned in to a little shell of her own. She desperately wants to find out who she was before, and yet is afraid of what she would find out. The confusion that befells her at these times, sometimes consumes more of the girl then she can take.

But other then that, Thalia is pretty much a very flamboyant girl who would protect her foster family at any cost, and is as stubborn as a boulder. When she makes a decision, hardly anyone can sway her from it, even if they know for a fact that it'd be leading to her death. Thalia is just stubborn that way. No one ever found out how to cure her of that.

Character History
Family:
Stepfather - Bardon Earlshire
Stepmother - Karena Earlshire

General History:

Thalia was born Yvette Tochugesha, an Archenlander, to a pair of love birds forced to marry as soon as they learnt that they had, unintentionally, conceived her. Unlike other births which are usually a source of joy, Thalia was not favoured by her parents, as they see her as the source of their downfall in the society, and thus, never harboured any love for their unwanted daughter.

From the time Thalia knew understood the value of money, and had logical understanding, her biological father threw her in the streets to beg for her own sourch of income, not bothering to provide her with proper nourishments, and only rags for clothing. She never had a life of love. She never even knew love, and by the time she was 7, she was wishing she had never been born. Her biological parents barely looked at her when she came back, and if she didn't provide enough money for their meals, she would get whipped with a snakeskin whip her father kept hung on the wall just for her. The girl hated her life with a passion. Frankly, the only joy she got out of life then was when she was forced out of the house and in the woods after a particularly intense whipping session by her father. There, she found a myriad of small creatures approaching her as the young girl of 7 sobbed on a rock she sat on. From then on, Thalia fled to the comfort of the woods and her furry animal friends whenever goes through a particularly intense punishment.

But it was all to change on her tenth birthday. She had gotten zilch from that day of begging, and her biological father was enraged. He did not care where his whip landed, as long as it made contact. On that day, the girl was not only heartbroken because her tenth birthday was filled with pain and suffering, she was also enraged by the lack of attention her parent's lavished on her. Having had enough of her life, that night itself, she picked up the little belongings she had, including a small granite rock one of her furry friends had given her, she stole away without the knowledge of her sleeping parents.

But luck was not on Thalia's side. She got lost as soon as she stepped out of Archenland, and throughout the night, the girl stumbled blindly around, with only one aim in her mind - to never return to Archenland, and the hellish 'home' she had. By the 2nd night of her random picking around, the young 10 year old girl was left almost powerless, having not had nourishment at all for the past 6 hours, having exhausted the meagre amount of supplies she brought. The throbbing angry welts across her arms from her father's whipping, and the barren cold lands that sent biting cold winds brushing across her delicate, chaffed skin, did not help the matter much. She was on the verge of fainting when her dark, deep sea green eyes caught sight of the borders of Narnia. But before she could go more then 10 steps, the girl stumbled, and rolled all the way down to the cliff side. The last thing she remembered was a sharp pain on the back of her head as she struck a sharp granite rock, and then her world fell black.

When she woke up, she found herself in the residence of a grand looking house. To her surprise, Thalia found herself inducted and adopted by a pair of kind looking  Telmarine nobles who seem to have a want for a child but no ability to produce one of their own, and because they had taken a pity to the young girl, they had taken her in. When she appear to not be able to remember anything, much less her own name, they christened her with the name Natalia, and their own family name, Earlshire. Now, Thalia grew up being given everything in her home, but the girl herself had never changed. Even if she had lost her memory, she still had a very close bond to animals and beasts alike, and it was something her stepfather forbidded her to do.

And then when her old maid left and a new one came in her place, Thalia was surprised to find a wizened old lady instead of a young girl she expected. Not that she minded much, until one day she heard the old lady telling stories to the younger castle hands of the place. The stories of Old Narnia, and something that Thalia found very close to heart indeed. Soon, she found herself creeping there every evening for the stories, and grew to dislike her stepfather's ways more and more. But no matter how he acted in demolishing all of Narnia, Bardon Earlshire was still kind to Thalia.

That is, until the day he was axed in a scouting mission during the war. Her stepmother died of heartbreak, and from that day onwards Thalia had no more reason to remain sided with the Telmarines. Besides, it wasn't as if she ever liked being there in the first place, the only reason she stayed had been her stepparents generosity to her. The moment news reached the upper nobles that her parents had both died, people would come to fetch her, but Thalia fled before they could. With only her broadsword and her stallion as a companion, she rode all the way to where she heard the old maid whisper the Old Narnia forces would be gathering. The girl had to work long and hard to gain the trust of Narnians, but she did get it in the end, through rough labor and constant nightly guard duties, stuff which was usually done by men. But she had grew to love Old Narnia through the old maid's stories of talking animals, roaming dryads and naiads, and basically a happy, prosperous land where all was happy. As opposed to the wartorn Narnia now, Thalia would like for nothing more then to get it back to how it was once, long ago.

Other/Notes:

Thalia has a chestnut stallion as her steed, a gorgeous animal with silky pale gold mane that flows down the right side of his neck, and a wonderful pale gold tail that is akin to a rushing waterfall when he runs. She found the stallion when he was but a colt, during one of her redevous to the woods, and had nursed the then-hurt colt back to health, and when the colt refused to leave her after he healed, Thalia gleefully decided to keep him as a friend and steed, and named him Dawn Breaker, for his gorgeous golden hide which gleams like the rising sun when it reflects light.

Quote
Scooting her way through the dense brush, her steps were light on the springy emerald green carpet beneath her feet as she walked, her dark chestnut hair left to flow freely down, only the sides tied up with a strand of golden string, to prevent it from disturbing her pair of sea green eyes.

Thalia had been restless that day, and after class, the girl had practically bolted out of the home of Earlshire, anxious to get out of the castle, which to her, was starting to get a little tight around the corners. The impish girl was never one to stay cooped up for long, and absolutely hated enclosed spaces, which would probably explained why she shot out of the tiny classroom faster then a cheetah on a run when her tutor said that they would wrap up for the day.

But for once, she did not bring Dawn with her, when she decided to just get away from the vincinity of her father's territory, and decided to just walk, grabbing a bearskin flask full of water as she went. Her stallion had been disgruntled, to say the least, but since he had just healed from a rock getting caught in his shoe, Thalia didn't want to take any chances.

Which was why, if anyone found her today, they would see her without a steed, and merely walking through the dense but small woods that lined the battle fields of old. As she looked up, Thalia's eyes sparkled when she saw the trees thinning out. She was starting to get a little uncomfortable in the humid forest, and was thankful that the air got more crisp, more fresh, as she headed towards the opening.

But when she emerged in the sunlight, cladded in a simple gold brown dress that was nothing like the ladies of court would wear, the first sight her eyes caught were of a horse with heaving sides standing in the empty fields, in obvious distress at the lack of water, trickles of sweat rolling down the stallion's sight. Thalia's chest constricted, and without a second word she strode towards the stallion, unscrewing the cap of her bottle as she went, and stroked the bent, worn out neck, before she poured the water in her palm, and offered it to the steed, whom lapped it up gratefully, going slower as she offered it a second time.

As she fed the horse, Thalia's green eyes searched the area, and practically flashed when she saw the blonde headed boy seated on a boulder near a makeshift target. Narrowing her eyes, the girl spoke in a crisp, clear voice.

"You wore him out, you dolt." her tone was sharp, and admonishing, as Thalia stroked the heaving sides of the stallion, and expected a proper explanation from the boy, not even knowing that she was speaking to the High King she always wondered about. But then again, Thalia had never properly seen any of the Pevensie children before.

First...eighteen is hardly old. XD

Second...I like all the detail you've included in this app! However, the main question I have is about her affiliation:

Quote
Thalia's a child who runs wild, but she's technically the reigning daughter of one of the last few Narnian noble whathaveyous around.

There aren't any Narnian nobles around, only Telmarine ones. Not only were there very few humans in Narnia before the Telmarines came, but I doubt the Telmarines would have left any in power.  If you were to make Thalia's adopted parents Telmarines, and make Thalia on their side, that would work much better. Otherwise, you have a good deal of explaining to do to show us why Thalia supports the Narnians.

So just get that worked out, let me know when you're done, and I'll take another look at this! Cheesy

Then some of us on this board are ancient. XD

If you're going to change it, her history still sounds like she's the adopted daughter of nobility.  Even then, though, it doesn't quite make sense, just because almost no humans are on the side of the Narnians. They're all Telmarines, and don't believe that "Old Narnians" even exist (though there are lots of superstitions about the forest, and such).  So it would still be easiest if Thalia was on the Telmarine side or even just neutral.  However, if you can come up with a good reason for her to be affiliated with the Narnians, then it's not against the rules or anything.

Better. Smiley You might want to take another look at the app as a whole, though, because there are still a few parts (particularly in the appearance and personality sections) that still make it seem like she's still living with the Earlshires.
