[Lord Alderan Séguier]

Alright, so Lord Alderan here needs some plotsauce!

In a nutshell, he's a Telmarine Marquess who commands a cavalry unit in the Telmarine army; he's happily married and has two children that he absolutely dotes on, and has developed a good relationship with the men of his unit. While he is a military leader, Alderan takes no qualm in voicing his opinions (loudly) against orders that would bring about unnecessary bloodshed (to his side). He also doesn't believe in Old Narnians, thinking they're merely a scare tactic made up by Miraz to scare the Lords and by Caspian as a bluff.

Which reminds me, weren't we gonna have Dzuna and Swiftshadow in a thread together? (Dzuna needs to get a post in, I've missed an activity check or two already...)

Alderan and Natissa could definitely thread :3 I can't really say I know what happened to the plot with Adimon; Sephen is trying to juggle Lilla, his supply routes and keeping Miraz from getting suspicious, so I think Adimon's plot will have to come down to Killian (he needs more action as well XD)

-raises hand- Well, Glozelle and your character would probably interact, considering their positions in the army together.  Glozelle would probably try to weasel information out of him regarding his loyalties (to Miraz, or to Caspian, or to himself), and perhaps they might work together to take down Miraz.  Whaddya think?

Ooh, I like. Though it should be pretty clear that Alderan's very devoutly for Telmar (though not necessarily for Miraz); he wants to keep his wife and babies safe <3

I could see them either being allies/friends or enemies over the fact that Alderan has no problem speaking up against orders that would cause unnecessary, excessive bloodshed. What say you?

I think they could agree on being against Miraz, but disagree on how exactly they should get Miraz out - because Glozelle definitely thinks bloodshed is necessary to do that.

[Lord Drinian]

Oooooo! This is a good one! I love your character! And I have potential plottage.

I offer Lord Drinian. Drinian's had to grow up quickly; his father was murdered (unbeknownst to anyone) by Miraz due to his loyalty to Caspian IX and Drinian became Lord when as soon as he came of age but was making weighty decisions even when his mother was acting as regent.

I was thinking, Drinian seems to be a big-brother figure to many, but he needs a father-like or even big brother figure himself. Someone who gave him guidance when he was coming into leadership, who counseled with him and gave him emotional support. He tries to do everything himself - but I could see him turning to one real advisor in his life.

In the past week or so, Drinian's also become a captain in the army  (an attempt by Miraz to get him to comply)  as he already commands the men of his substantial duchy. Miraz has (in an attempt to get him killed, ha) sent him over   at the Narnian camp for negotiations. However, according to Miraz, Drinian's prolonged absence has become grounds for suspicion (either for Drinian's safety or for his loyalty). This guise is being used to attack the Narnians. Drinian's going to try to return to the Telmarine camp though to stop an assault. . .

As Drinian tries to reduce bloodshed and is also very outspoken, I can see that he's clearly of Lord Séguier's frame of mind. Perhaps it is past tutelage and guidance showing up. They do seem to both be honest and earnest (perhaps to both of their own endangerment) in acting for the common good. Like minds at the very least. I know that Drinian would highly respect him and, if ever in need of counsel, would like to go to him. (And somehow, he seems to have gotten caught in obligations to both sides, so he might very well need help very soon!)

GLOZELLE-
   I would def. be interested to see these two getting into some heated debate over what would be best for the country; Alderan's first priority would go to his family and people, so he would be very reluctant to go charging into a bloodbath. Though, he would also have a big problem with Miraz's policy of "AH KEEL J00 DDD:<" and would get some dramatic conflicting ideas :D

DRINIAN-
   Awww- Alderan would totally step in and help if it looked like Drinian could use some sage advice. Especially since he was in a veeeery similar situation when he inherited the Marquess title, though he had a few years on Drinian when he did. He'd definitely see a lot of potential in Drinian for sharing his mindset of 'minimize the casualties'; methinks they'd get along swimmingly :3

   I think, though, he might get a little suspicious of Drinian's possible loyalty to Caspian; he's still for Telmar, even if he disagrees with Miraz's policies. Not entirely sure how that would play out, but I bet it would be exciting >:D

That sounds good to me... because Glozelle kinda needs to get in on another thread anyway, for the sake of posting in the activity check hahaha.  So, do you want me to start a thread?  Or I guess it's possible we could try to revive one of the old one's in Miraz's camp, if that's easier.
