((Ooc Note: This is the beginning of part two of the mini-plot. All characters have managed to make it into the caves/tunnels. The first plot thread will be locked and moved on April 8th so please finish up whatever you need to finish up on there before joining this thread. Keep in mind that you can post here before April 8th. It's open now. Thanks!))

With the storm raging outside the tunnels, and the many caves that held nervous Narnians within, there was little Caspian could do to improve their situation. They had stored the most that they could ? he hoped that it was enough that they weren?t set back too far. If he had been concerned that he was completely useless earlier, he was nearly certain of it now. It hadn?t even really been him overseeing all the storm preparations. He had made a couple of suggestions but he hadn?t been surprised if no one had followed them ? what did he know about storms? About survival? About war? What did he know about anything, beyond expensive living and fancy toys? Exquisite foods? What good was he at all? But then, he had time to change, to improve as a ruler. He supposed that even being out here, even being willing to actually live like this and fight for the oppressed people of Narnian ? not that he wasn?t rather oppressed himself, at present - was a point on his side. He hoped so, at least.

Glancing over in the direction of their tied up prisoner, Caspian sighed and shook his head. What to do with Adimon? If the man was telling the truth ? which he certainly looked to be ? and actually had amnesia of a sort, what good was he to them? Caspian knew it would certainly come back to haunt him; the girl who had seemed so wholly in favour of killing their prisoner would only have more to use against him, to make him look foolish. And perhaps the decision to help Miraz?s advisor was foolish, but that didn?t change the fact that Caspian was not a murderous sort of man ? or boy. Nor could he ever imagine himself to be. While Adimon had doubtlessly been spying, or at least attempting to, he had in actuality done them no harm. Besides, who knew when he would remember what was going on? Maybe he could prove useful to them yet.

He was still rather unnerved by that girl?s outburst; her open disdain and dislike for him was bothersome. He knew, deep down, that there had to be more than just her who disliked him because of his parentage. But it was not his fault that he was human, that he was Telmarine. Should he not be judged on his actions; actions that were very much on their side, very much good and noble actions? He wondered if he would ever get away from it. Not likely, but perhaps it would lessen over time. He hoped so.

Glancing around the caves about him, Caspian wished they hadn?t all had to have been so cramped and crowded. With all the supplies ? tents, food, weapons, armour, and whatever else they had managed to save from the storm ? and the varying sizes of the creatures within,

There wasn?t a lot of space for movement. There was also another downside to the crowdedness of the caves ? if anyone fell ill, it would not be long before nearly everyone fell ill. That was a frightening thought indeed.

Leaning against the wall of the cave and staring out at the opposite wall with a frustrated sigh. He wondered how long this storm could last ? by the looks of it, perhaps even a couple of days. There was no doubt that things were going to get bad, for putting that many different creatures in caves together could only end in unnecessary squabbling. He just hoped no injuries came of it.

The sound of the rain was soothing, but could hardly be distinguished amongst the commotion that had erupted within the walls of the tunnels. Varying forms of creatures and mortals alike grunted and sighed and tossed about commands as though each of them were a separate captain attempting to gain the upper hand amongst a rowdy crew. Everyone was restless, she could see it. Their weary eyes bespoke of uncertainty, doubt and confusion. Her own cat-like eyes remained hard however, almost brittle like chiselled emeralds. Some might wager she had lost her ability to experience emotion, but that was not true. She simply excelled at hiding the anxiety and frustration that stirred beneath her calm exterior. Her seemingly apathetic demeanour was also affected by the fact that she felt so completely suffocated by the cramped environment. Even when she?d been sitting alone within the camp where it was a relatively open area she longed for the freedom the trees and bushes afforded her. Watching the small, mismatched army attempting to settle within the meagre confines of the cave had her shuddering, and she organized a few supplies as tidily as she could before moving gracefully towards the mouth of their makeshift refuge.

Almost immediately she spotted him standing there, lounged silently against the damp stone wall with his back turned to her. Lirain slowed to a halt a few meters away, assessing his posture. She knew it was the Prince; she recognized the charming disarray of his dark hair and the worn but elegant clothes he wore. Her thoughts drifted back to the argument they?d had earlier, realizing exactly how foolish it had been on her part considering the risk she?d taken to ignore the oncoming storm simply for the chance at voicing her opinion. Still, she stood by what she had said. That man ? Adimon ? was a criminal. Just because he appeared to be sorry for himself at being caught in the act didn?t mean they were to drop their guard and pity him. This was war, and that was not the way things were meant to be done. Caspian was much too na?ve in the workings of battle. Still a boy accustomed to silver dishes and feathered pillows, his discomfort and inexperience was apparent through the smallest of gestures.

Lantern light shone upon her red hair as she dared to approach their leader, chin lifted and gaze trained on his lanky figure with determination, but not the hostility she?d demonstrated before. Now that they were alone and she had, had time to think about it, the anger was less present as she moved up alongside him. ?I can see where you are coming from, but I guarantee your hopes are much too high where they lay with that traitor.? The woman?s voice was silky and low, but offered no threat. ?You should save your compassion for the people that fight alongside you, Prince.?

She was exhausted, but she was too tired to sleep. She watched as the rain poured down outside and as the smoke billowed within the cave. It seemed, that for a time, the Old Narnian forces would be slaves to the elements. She'd already seen three people with the sniffles and more with exhaustion. Was it only a few nights ago that she had slept on the open, looking up at the sky?

She shook her head. Daydreaming was helping no one. She walked down into the cave where many were lying down or resting against the cave walls. It was damp in here already and the smoke was helping no ones lungs. She flitted from side to side, trying to help as many as she could with the little supplies she had left. After a half hour her fingers ached. She stumbled to the edge of the cave, hoping for a cool breeze when all she got was a damp gale. Elba stepped back, her eyes squinted and her frame shivering. As she backed away her eyes caught the uncounscious prisoner, tied up snugly in the corner. She had tried her best to make sure he was comfortable, but it was hard in this environment. Elba shook her head an dleaned back againt the cave wall, the cold rock waking her up slightly. Across from her she recognized Prince Caspian, who looked troubled beyond words.

?I can see where you are coming from, but I guarantee your hopes are much too high where they lay with that traitor.? The woman?s voice was silky and low, but offered no threat. ?You should save your compassion for the people that fight alongside you, Prince.?

Elba turned slowy to the voice and recognized the creature Lirain. Elba knew she was half human and knew that she had caused the Prince a bit more than a spot of discomfort. But Elba also knew that she agreed with most of what the woman had said. Could Caspian really let go of the ties that bound him, even to a man who had tried to kill him? With an amnesiac who could be of little to no use to them, but more of a burden, what would his compassion amount to?

She looked towards him and noticed that he looked more than a little peaked. She didn't want to inturrupt but the Healer inside her would not stay quiet. She leaned forward.

"Your Majesty." she said a bit more sternly than she'd meant to "You must rest. This weather and the-"

But she cut herself off. Worrying over the Prince did not help his cause or his apperance.  She paused and rethought her statement.

"If you are to lead your troops you must be healthy. That is all I meant..."

Caspian supposed that things weren?t as bad as they could have been. The storm would have to end, eventually ? he could see no way around that. The storm would stop, they would be free of these blasted caves, and the battle could go on. Alright, two out of three wasn?t bad. He was in no particular mood to go back to fighting any time soon. How long would those little raids, periodic scuffles and the sending of spies go on? He had sounded the good Queen Susan?s horn and, while help had been promised at the sounding of the horn years ago, Caspian was beginning to suspect that such helpful powers were only for the Queen of old. After all, if help was coming, would it not already be here?

?I can see where you are coming from, but I guarantee your hopes are much too high where they lay with that traitor. You should save your compassion for the people that fight alongside you, Prince.?

Sighing in annoyance, Caspian did not even need to turn in order to recognize the speaker that stood behind him. A voice so deceptively innocent was not easily forgotten ? he had been stung by her words once before and he would not stoop to her level again. At least, that was the plan. Though, at least this time they weren?t surrounded by an audience of onlookers.

?I failed to take notice of your name, good lady,? he said wryly, turning to take sight of the red haired maiden he had very much figured the speaker to be. ?I dare say that alone will put me at a disadvantage ? instead of taking time to ponder what I can say to defend myself against your harsh accusations and keep my people from worrying where my loyalties lie, I?ll be wondering who it is I must defend myself against.?

The presence of another caught his attention and he nodded a simple greeting at the approaching woman. He wasn?t sure what he had been hoping to hear from her, but it certainly wasn?t what she actually said. He had hardly a moment to issue a formal greeting before she was telling him firmly that he must rest. Frowning slightly, he noticed how she backtracked and changed tactics.

?It is a pity that rest is such an necessity,? he said, glancing out towards the pouring rain once more. ?Look at the place I?ve gotten myself into. I?ve got two lovely women very much upset with me. Why? Because I show mercy to an enemy ? hardly the most horrid thing I can do, especially considering the rule you all have been under for so long ? and because I?m not nearly as rested as I could be. Is anyone truly rested? Is anyone truly well? Can we be until this wretched war is over??

Shaking his head with the faintest of chuckles, Caspian ran a hand through his hair. ?Elba, the whole camp is talking about how wonderful it is to have you here. You have done a good deal for this camp and I am grateful. I will rest in a while; I understand that it would be rather horrible if we all were to fall ill when the rain clears.?

Turning to the other young woman, Caspian looked at her in amusement. ?And you, how will I defend my words and actions to you? Is it even worth the bother??

Roani was extremely happy that Elba had come at the time she did. If the healer hadn't, she didn't know what she would've done or what would've happened to Richard. The girl didn't even want to think about it. Richard's whispered words of thanks had set Roani thinking of a free Narnia. That was what everone of them wanted, what they had wanted for a long time. Roani didn't know if she believed it would actually happen, all she could do was hope and pray that it would.

After holding the knight's hand and moving him farther into the cave to a bed, the huntress had sat leaning against the wall next to him. Knowing he needed to rest, Roani didn't talk, she just sat there gazing at his still form. But now the girl was feeling alittle hungry. "I'll be back in alittle bit, Richard. I'm getting something to eat." Kissing his brow and rising to her feet, Roani plodded off to find her sack. One of the Beavers had grabbed it out of her tent when they were moving into the caves. Now she just had to find it. The animal had said something about it being in another cave a few paces farther in, with the rest of the Beaver's things.

So Roani walked down the tunnel, giving greetings to those Narnians that she passed. Many were drying themselves off or moving things around and becoming organized. A faun was having particularly hard time with some heavily packed bags, so as he dropped one or two, Roani picked them up and placed them where the faun asked her to. When they had stacked them up in a "storage" cave, Roani kept on with her walk.

Finally she came to the cave the Beaver had told her about. Her eyes caught sight of His Highness talking with Healer Elba and another woman. Roani didn't know the woman's name, but wouldn't have liked too for she was berating Prince Caspian about something. It seemed to be the man on the floor beside the group. Roani could see he was tied up and that caught her attention even more than the woman talking rudely to the Prince. But not wanting to be accused of nosiness, Roani walked into the Beaver cave and located her bag. The girl went back to the mouth of the small cave and making sure the group couldn't see her, stood listening to their words.

Cross finally got the time to rest, Roani had apparently said something about going for food...that didn't matter much as she would return but the kiss on the brow had him feel content and cared for. He didn't know what the future would hold for them, hopefully a free Narnia by no doubt but he couldn't help but think of what could be.
Having the thought enter his head he quickly shewed it away as he thought it wasn't the time to think of such things. But reconsidering the circumstances he knew he had to rest and thus it gave him much time to think of many things awaiting to cross his mind.

He did not know where the Gryphon had gone, somewhere close he hoped. He marveled at the creature, it all came from his childhood when his dad first talked about them. Gryphons weren't common when with the Telmarines, he only saw one once when he was in hiding with his parents and it didn't fare well with it as it was cornered by Telmarine soldiers. What resulted from such a fray he did not know, he had left with his father to a safer place when the situation occurred.

Hearing much noise from the Old Narnians, he thought it wise to ease drop on their conversations. It would entertain him for the time being, it was the only entertaining thing he could do in his condition. Some spoke of the war, others of the storm, and then many were grumbling about food. Typical, in a time like this it was the great giants who were always hungry...

Sitting up slightly he wondered what was taking Roani so long, he could take care of himself, he thought, but he missed her presence...more than the flowers missed the sun at night. It was as if she held a key to his entire being, understanding and rectifying all that needed attention within him...
Realizing the deep affection that had developed in such time brought much thought to mind, but he would have none of it. At the current time he just wanted to give her everything he had to offer, along with providing the camp with his best efforts.

The tunnels were rather cramped, or so Eboni had decided. Not that there was anything to do about it while they weathered out the rather frightful storm. She ruffled up her feathers at the feel of dampness that had permeated the caves. After initially drying off a bit and preening her feathers into a semblance of order the gryphon deiced to explore the caverns. For she had decided that this indeed was the army she had heard rumors about. Proudly she clacked her beak, pleased to have found them. Quietly she hoped to be able to introduce herself to Prince Caspian and declare her wishes to serve.

Glancing around with aqua colored eyes Eboni got up and began to explore, careful to not step on anyone smaller than her as she weaved her way around the clusters of Narnians. Her size proved to be a little more of a challenge and for one she was grateful to be a bit smaller than some of the larger ones of her kind.

?Excuse me, pardon me,? she said as she careful weaved past several people. Tightly she folded her wings against her back as she crept past a thinner turn in the tunnel.

?This is awkward, I see no one I recognize...? Eboni thought to herself, feeling a little self conscious as she tapped her claws shyly on the ground, ?it would be nice to sit with someone I know and talk??

Sidestepping a group of giants the gryphon moved past until she spotted beds, curiously her ears perked forward she walked by until she stopped near the bed Sir Richard occupied. She canted her head to the side as she regarded him, ?ahh! The human from before, he was wounded..?

?Ah Hello again, your looking much better if I may say so.? Eboni called out as she shuffled her feet.

Distracted from his thought he turned to see the Gryphon.
Smiling he spoke, "Yes, I'm doing very well in fact. I would've been a dead man if it was not for both Roani and Elba."
He had decided that he had rested enough, he was often very restless and after feeling weak and tiresome he was now regaining strength.
"Your feathers are still wet I see, a new addition to the camp are thee?" He played cheerfully with his words.

"If so welcome, you are always welcome here." He slowly got to his feet using the wall for support. He was still trying to regain his balance it seemed. With a smile and a look he was up to the mark, ready for a rather short conversation. He wanted to find Roani and of course he wouldn't mind if the Gryphon came along as well. He always admired them and being so close to one felt like being a child filled with excitement.
"My name is Sir Richard Cross, at your service and ready to defend" In saying those last words he twitched in pain as his left arm stung him again.
"And you are?..."

Eboni relaxed her wings slightly, ears pricked forward as she listened with interest. A shy semblance of a smile crept at the corners of her beak. At the mention of wet feathers she turned her head and stretched a wing slightly to look at it.

?Yes indeed I am new, wet they may be but at least they are no longer sticking out at odd angles,? she countered with a humorous glint in her eyes. Turning back to Sir Richard she dipped her head low in a polite gesture, ?I am pleased to hear I am welcome, for I have come a long way??

Side stepping lightly Eboni watched as Richard rose from his bed, using the wall for support. Taking another step to the side she positioned herself in a silent gesture near enough to offer support  to the injured man if he so needed. Pleasantly she regarded Richard before placing one talon?s hand to her chest, ?Well Sir Richard, I am honored to meet you. Indeed I am.. I am Eboni Silverfeather though just Eboni suits me rather nicely.?

Craning her neck downward a little she eyed his bandages, ?should you be up so soon?? she asked thoughtfully.

"Elba said I needed to rest, but I'm quite restless." Cross looked around seeing he was the only one actually resting in bed.
"Eboni, that's a nice name", he cracked a smile upon giving his response.

"I'm a little weak but better than before, perhaps you can assist me in walking through these caves?" He was already anxious to leave the bed area; he couldn't stand to stay still any longer. He also wanted to be near Roani if she was near-by.

Still awaiting Eboni's response he perked up a new question, "You say you're from afar...how far exactly?"

With his feet regaining balance he stood firmly while leaned slightly towards the Gryphon in case he needed support. She was kind enough to position herself in that manner in case he needed something. Looking at the many things brought in from the camp he realized a few flowers, presumably belonging to the dwarfs. He wanted to know if he could have some to give to a little someone who was a great help to him in getting help.

Eboni nodded her head slightly, ears flicking in understanding, ?ah yes, I believe I can understand that indeed?? being restless by nature she understood the drive of not wanting to stay in one place for too long.

?Of course, if you need assistance feel free to lean upon me,? the gryphon further added with a smile, ?it wouldn?t do to have you fall now would it??

Keeping herself in position to offer support Eboni waited for Richard to gain enough balance to walk, her aqua colored gaze not leaving him in case he should overbalance or fall. Canting her head slightly she mused over his latest question, tapping her talons on the floor slightly as she thought.

?Ah, lets see.. the last place I was before coming here was around glass water creek to the south of it. After that I made my way here, but I have been to quite a few different places in Narnia during my lifetime,? she further added proudly.

Cross rested a hand on Eboni's back, "So you're quite the traveller I see. Let's move through this cave opening, it should lead to many others."
He looked around for his sheath and shield but they weren't anywhere near. He knew it had been taken and placed somewhere close, he didn't feel comfortable going without his equipment but he knew deep down that there would be no sign of danger.

A dwarf passed by to pick up the collection of flowers, upon picking them up Cross asked if he could have some. Apparently the dwarf had brought them in to make the caves more appealing but after much thought he decided that it was a lost cause. In reaching that conclusion he gave them to Cross. Tulips, roses, and violets all in his hands. They were of the best he'd seen judging by their appearance, colour, and health. "Hey Eboni, this is rather off topic but...do you think Roani would like these?" Having said this he blushed, first time ever he had considered giving a woman flowers, a very common and often over-used technique to show one's affection but he didn't care. There was nothing that he could do better, at least nothing he could think of.

Having asked the question he put his right arm on Eboni and started to make his way slowly to the other opening within the cave.

{doing this quickly. excuse the badness}

The group had stopped talking so Roani pretended to be checking the contents of the bag. She quickly stepped into the rocky corridor and walked back the way she had come. The girl still wondered at why the woman was arguing with Prince Caspian and who the trussed-up newcomer was. But those thoughts dispersed when her eys caught sight of Richard and the Gryphon making their way down the tunnel.

Rushing over to the man, the huntress looked at him in worry. "Richard! Why are you moving around?" Even as she spoke those words, a smile tugged at her lips. Maybe the knight was feeling a whole lot better. Maybe he would recover and be well by the time the storm was over with. Roani glanced at the female Gryphon and remembered her manners. She swept a low bow towards the regal creature. "Forgive me. I am Roani Donova, huntress of Narnia." Then, turning back to the wounded knight, Roani gave him a quick peck on the cheek.

Having the girl peck his cheek made him blush again, he was getting tired of always blushing and trying to hide the smile.
"Here", handing her the flowers, "I know it isn't much but, these are for you my Lady." He bowed and once more kissed her hand in a polite and kind gesture.

"I do have to say, I'm feeling much better. I am also quite restless so I wish not to be seated all the time." He was starting to hate the cave already, he felt like he'd rather be in the storm than be inside. The cave was often dark and it smelled as all the Narnians were crunched up together. He missed nature, the clouds, the rain, all that he admired and cared for when he could.

"Eboni has been keeping me company", turning to her, "quite the creature I say..."

Eboni dipped her head before moving at a slow pace alongside Sir Richard. She smiled slightly when he rested a hand on her back. It was a strange feeling helping someone along like this, one she wasn?t used to. Still it pleased her to be of assistance. Canting her feathered head to the side she regarded the conversation between the knight and the dwarf with interest. More so when the dwarf decided to let Richard have the flowers. She couldn?t help but chuckle, a rumbling sound deep in her throat, at the sight.

?Flowers? Oh so the knight has a Lady friend?? she drooled out with a knowing smile, before regarding the flowers seriously and took a sniff, ?Roani is the lady you were with earlier yes? I don?t know her so I can?t say for sure but...? she gestured dramatically with one talon?s foot, ?I believe most Ladies like flowers. As it is the thought that counts??

Slowly she started forward again at a slow pace, happily walking along. Until she heard a women?s voice calling for Richard. Halting her pace the gryphon looked over her shoulder to see a Lady approaching. One that looked familiar.

?Ahh so it?s her from before,? Eboni mused to herself then dipped her head back in a polite gesture to Roani, ?Eboni Silverfeather, an honor to meet you??

She watched on with that knowing smile as Sir Richard offered Roani the flowers, pleased she had been right.

Seeing that the conversation had turned back to her and with a compliment Eboni felt rather pleased at the compliment. Though she had this urge to suddenly start preening and make her appearance more acceptable. Resisting that urge she tilted her head to the side and placed a forefoot against her chest, ?why I am more than happy to keep you company. For one misses regular conversation when they find them absent,? Eboni clacked her beak slightly and swished her tail.

Roani blushed pure red when Richard handed her the flowers and kissed her hand. She bent her head quickly, to hide the embarassing coloring. Giggling, the girl smiled at the gallant knight. "Why thank you! I love them." Listening to his next words made the girl yearn for the end of the storm.

"I do have to say, I'm feeling much better. I am also quite restless so I wish not to be seated all the time."

"I feel the same way. Being restless I mean. It's quite annoying to be stuck in the caves all this time and it has only been a few hours since we arrived. We could take a walk, and explore." She shrugged to imply it was just a suggestion. Hoping the others would make one, Roani looked to the Gryphon.

?Eboni Silverfeather, an honor to meet you?? The Lady Beast was well-mannered and kind. Roani felt as though they would be good friends, she just hoped there was enough time to get to know her before the fighting started again.

"You've been keeping him company? I hope Sir Cross hasn't gotten into to much trouble," the light tone spoke of teasing and Roani laughed along with her words. She leaned towards the knight and rumpled his hair, teasing him further.

Cross laughed as she rumpled his hair, he loved the sense of comfort that she gave with every word and action.
"Yes why don't we go for a walk", looking towards Eboni he made the respectful gesture as to say 'Leave us alone for a tad bit'
It seemed Eboni well understood the situation, whether Eboni followed or not was up to her but Cross felt it was necessary that he have some time alone with her.
He wanted to talk with her, let out all that he hid inside...do what he couldn't do before...enter a commitment of some sort...the way a knight would hold ties to a lady.

Cross led the way, hand gently holding hers and a smile stretched on his face. "Perhaps with all this time we could...I don't know...get to know each other." He felt quite inadequate saying those words, not firm in his approach but trying to overcome that barrier of profound shyness of his.
Walking slowly he looked at her, hazel colored eyes inviting her on a journey with him...a respectable journey beyond friendship.

Her grey eyes found his hazel ones and Roani smiled. "I'd like that." was the answer to his suggestion of earlier. "I'd like to know more about you." She squeezed his warm hand with her cold one as they walked. It was becoming darker further down in the caves, but some of the Old Narnians were lighting torches.

"Well, I'll let you ask inquire first. What do you want to know, Sir Knight?" Another smile tugged at the edges of her mouth. Roani looked away shyly, this walk was going to be interesting. But she really did want to know more about her Knight. The girl already knew he was gallant and kind and sweet, but what else?

Eboni listened politely, chuckling softly, ?no no he?s not been too much trouble. In fact I?d be more likely to be into trouble,? he gryphon winked and clacked her beak in good humor.

Looking back and forth between the lady and knight she eyed Sir Richard for a moment when he suggested a walk with the lady. Eboni blinked and then dipped her head very slightly. She understood the situation, the knight wished to be alone with the Lady. Ruffling her wings slightly Eboni spoke up, ?I am afraid my stomach is feeling quite empty, and with the storm I can?t hunt. So I will go see what else I can find to eat. Then I need to see about speaking with someone in charge? if you both will excuse me?? the gryphon commented good naturedly.

Backing out Eboni turned to leave with a knowing smirk on her beak. Turning she began to trot down the cavern as her talons clicked on the floor. Pausing a moment she turned to look over her shoulder, ?enjoy your walk!?

His mind raced back and forth with questions that he could possibly ask her.
"Well uh, why don't you tell me of your parents then...where you came from and what exactly you stand for...and to add to that..." He paused not knowing how to word out what he was thinking. He had the clearest impression she was not attached to someone, but he had to be absolutely sure.
"...Are you in any way...emotional attached to someone, as in, a sort of close relationship?"

The caves were getting darker as they walked further in, this he found to enjoy as he would not have to always look at the rocky cave walls of which were quite boring and unappealing. He would then either look into the dark or into Roani's beautiful and gentle grey eyes.

Knowing he asked many questions he prepared to receive quite a good response. Not too in depth but not too simple either. He thought to himself, 'Step 1...fully grasp who she is and where she comes from....Step 2....Ease in with the conversation..." That was as far as he could go, he would leave the rest to the momentum that carried those two and hope that she is the one holding the key to his heart...
