I just wanted to pose an open question to the members here. Or a few.
What made you join Into Narnia? Besides the Narnia theme, what attracted you to the site?
How do you think Into Narnia could make itself more attractive to new members?
Why do you think activity is falling off, besides RL reasons like finals?
What do you think could improve the site's activity?
How else do you think the site could improve? Anything goes here.

I loved IntoNarnia and the thought of roleplaying sparked great interest.
I'm working hard to get time back into my schedule to post, it's slightly difficult at times but its fun nonetheless.
I guess in order to make it more attractive, my view would be fun interactive features, I don't know what really but anything that's thought provoking, addicting, interesting...you get the idea. It helps people stay hooked and attached to the site, their activity should increase.

I've been looking for a Narnia roleplay site for a while. I have never really taken part in a Narnia roleplay. May I suggest some sub-plots? On past roleplay sites I've been a member on, there have been sub-plots that sort of push the main one along. I find them entertaining. Maybe some canons that aren't in the movie or book would attract people. You could think up some canons that aren't Narnian humans to push the animal and Telmarine human side as well. Just some suggestions.

I like the idea that Senzi proposed, it would allow intrigue to grow amongst INTO users for more role playing.

Wow, those are some great ideas, Emmy. Let me put those up in the staff area for us to dabble in. Who knows, maybe something will come of it?
As for subplots, I should note that the current storm and illness RP is a subplot we devised. Or rather, Cara devised. And I've got one up my sleeve with the Archenlander army and how that's going to pan out.
