The Ultimate ?Into Narnia? Recruitment Contest Information/Rules

This contest will be running from May 22nd until June 23rd

We need to bring in more members ? and now is the ideal time! The release of Prince Caspian has brought more attention to the Chronicles (again) and we?re ready to take advantage of the interest, new and old. As you know, we?re getting further into the plot ? but Miraz doesn?t have much of an army and Caspian isn?t that much better off. Also, we?re lacking some canons which would be awesome to have.

For this reason, we?re going to have a contest to see who can recruit the most new members. Here is how it?s going to work:

Part One!

When you find a forum to advertise on (please stick to their advertising rules, we don?t want to tick people off because we couldn?t read a couple lines), please first make sure no one else from Into Narnia has already posted there.

You can find our advertisement (in a couple of different formats, for different types of boards) HERE. Please copy and paste it exactly the way that it is -- except for one detail. Each user has a referral link. To find your referral link, go to your profile and scroll down to where it mentions your referrals and your referral link hits. Directly below that is your referral link. You may put this in place of the link listed on the official advertisement -- this will make things easier. However you can leave the original link if you'd like -- it won't keep you from getting your points. Once you?ve posted it on the site, in the appropriate place, please return here and fill out the following code:

This code needs to be copied and pasted in a reply on this thread here. Where the words are all caps, you would obviously delete and put in the required information. Also, you need to remove the * from the two places where it says ?code?. Please follow these instructions exactly, as it makes it easier on us.

Once you?ve done this, an admin will check the information to make sure it?s correct, and paste it HERE for public reference. You will be able to check at any time to see how many pages each person has advertised on, and to make sure you?ve been credited for all the pages that you?ve done. You cannot advertise on the same site as someone else. Use creative ways to find forums to advertise on.

Part Two!

This is the easy part. Whenever someone joins the site, they have to put in the character application where they found Into Narnia. If the site that you advertised on is where they found it, you will get one point towards the contest when their character application is accepted.

You will get a bonus point for the following:
-   The character is Telmarine
-   The character is not-human
-   The character is a canon
-   If it's a personal referral

At the end of the competition, the person who advertised on the most sites will receive a sweet graphic for their signature. The person who gets the most points attributed to actual members recruited will get a spotlight on the side panel under the Character of the Month and a graphic for their image. (And of course that warm fuzzy feeling you?ll get from knowing that you helped the site!]

Advertisements made before May 23rd do not count. Advertisements made after June 23rd do not count. If you make another account yourself, you cannot count it as a recruit. Please contact me if you have any questions.
