General Personality:
Loyal - Phoebe is quite loyal, fiercely loyal to her friends and family. Not to mention, her homeland.  She has a fierce determination to be loyal to her teammates. She wants to do her best to try and do be good and be loyal to her loved ones. As loyal, she remains as faithful to Narnia, her homeland. She  believes in Old Narnia, and a Narnia where the different creatures, humans of different races are with peace, where one can hope, look forward to work and be good and serve loyal to one's country as much one does. She believes that Narnia should be governed by a human, a Narnian, certainly not her, because she believes she is not good enough. She wants the best for her country and is a faithful comrade to her family. All through her life, her family has supported her and she strives to do the same along with her homeland. As a patriot, Phoebe secretly composes songs about Old Narnia, its Golden Age and Narnia. She is loyal to Narnia, and anyone who opposes Miraz.

Charismatic - Phoebe is a natural born leader. She has the right type of charisma, burning with passion in everything she does. All she really does is to do her best, to t-r-y all the way to be her best. She is quite competitive, yes, and hot-tempered. She puts twice as much energy in her activities more than a normal Narnian rebel might usually do. Because of her enthusiasm, she has impact in many people, being struck by the girl's sometimes rough habits, the energy and her snappy one-liners, her quirky chatter, and unfailing activity. She's hyper as someone who has taken apparently too much Vitamin C in the real world (XD.) She has influence over many Narnian rebels who want her for a leader and apparently because of this, she has considered leaving to join the rebels. With her idealism and creativity, and alpha-tude, her ferocity, and ambition, she has aspired to be successful. Phoebe is a person who is not scared to speak her mind and she doesn't care if whatever she says is rude. There's one thing: words are powerful. She's sure to act nobody but herself but she's also simply powerful person with an attitude, and she also influences others in different kinds of ways, like speaking softly, sweet-talking. But underneath all the charisma is a bored girl who wants to be the best and be trusted.

Intelligent - Phoebe reads a lot. She might even finish Vanishing Acts or Harry Potter 7 in one day if she were real. She is very smart, having a "big brain and head" full of different ideas, thoughts, and matters. She's so smart people think she's a freak, a huge geek, a walking book, encyclopedia, a dictionary, and a very clever and cunning girl. She's very cunning, and she's always plotting ways to harm the Telmarines one way or simply another one. It's bad enough the smarter one is, the more scared you get when you're simply terrified of a thing, a matter, a risk. That is a reason why Phoebe Leah Hale can get scared easily, insecure over her own worries for the future laid out for her. Because of her smartness, she is considered as a scholar. She writes a lot, often about the Old Narnia, of the Golden Age, of memories, and songs, but she's scared to have anyone learn she's been writing and composing. She knows she is smart, but she asks herself sometimes if she were really clever enough, why won't she at least do something about the situation in Narnia?

All The Bad Things In Phoebe - Phoebe is not  a perfect person. She is a normal one. She is a huge worrywart. She's also a pushover. When it comes to friends, she's a good friend but she has trouble keeping up with them and her life. She can be pessimistic, sarcastic, can be someone else more evil than she usually is when anyone would get in her bad side. She's always worrying about herself, about her family, about life, about how she looks, and she's been depressed a lot of times when she forces herself to think about the future. Her depression, insecurity leads to her being bitter, being bossy, sarcastic and pessimist side. She is negative half of the time, and looks on the bad side of things, which makes her impatience a huge and mammoth problem when you deal with her. She yells a lot, and when the bad side of her deals with a normal person, she can be a nightmare. She'll bully you and scream at you to pieces, reducing you to tears before you can say I'm not ugly and say "It's her fault," and "It's not my fault."

Bad enough, she has her own problems. She gets habitual guilt traps and well, she annoys a lot of people when she's not the Narnian rebel she is usually when she puts on a brave face by playing sad music. She thinks too much and she has a hard time showing a lot of the real Phoebe when she's not the rebellious one she is. When she's making friends, she has a hard time adjusting. She'd rather stick and look for her old true friends, her allies than make new ones. It takes a lot to please her. People hate it when Phoebe gets bossy about things she needs. She snaps a lot and people know they won't like it. It's either that she makes people uncomfortable sometimes or that they rely on her too much. She has a short temper.

She can be lazy and stubborn at times. She lies a lot. She's trying her best to do so for the sake of the good things lying will benefit her. She hates boys and she cannot stand to be with them expect for boys she has grown used to. According to her,  boys intimidate her a lot. She's quick to anger, and she is stubborn. She hates it a lot when people gossip about her. Almost all the time, she is uncomfortable with her life. She can be bad at Math. She's disorganized. She can be a lot greedy. Impatient, sarcastic, sly, and also, she can be clumsy at times. And yes, reckless, is one thing Phoebe is. Careless, and clumsy, mean, sometimes stubborn, bossy, insecure, but human, spells who she is.

Overall;;- Phoebe is a very complex girl. Aside from being energetic, hyper, loyal, fierce, tomboy, intense, patriotic, musical, clever, sly, proud and confident, she can be shy and awkward at times. She appears perfectly perfect at first glance when you spot her around Narnia, speaking in a Roman rhetor's voice, with a straight, stiff back and a serious look on her face. Strong, yes, but is there more to the rebellious young Narnian girl than what makes her tick? Who is she really? What makes her appear strong? What really and who is she really? These are the questions one person usually must ask himself when they see Phoebe and they watch her for a few minute's time. Alright, I'll answer these questions slowly. Phoebe is intense, and deep, like the water. If there's an element you compare to her, it's the water. She's just like the sea. In reality, Phoebe is a normal Narnian girl trying to live life like a burning torch with a fiery passion for life and she seeks more than freedom for Narnia; she seeks the meaning of life. All her life, she tries hard not to be insecure. Be strong, she'd tell herself. And she would, and she'd refuse breaking down to let the people she values see how strong she appears, when really deep down, she refuses to cry and let everyone see she is weak.

Fairly, she exercises a lot, usually running around with a smile on her face. She rides horses. She sings, plays the flute well, and then speaks. Speaks, she does. Speaks her mind bravely when she feels like it, when she needs to and it is not only for her, but for Narnia. In the room where she rests, it's another girl. It's still Phoebe, but she has the shy side of her. She pores over the writings, with stains on her hands and fingers, makes faces, creasing her forehead. She then looks at a certain piece of writing and then closes her eyes. To dream, to wish, and to work. To believe. To have the right to be yourself. To be loved and accepted. To be ruled over fairly by your own countrymen, to be treated fairly. To be equal. Phoebe dreams of Narnia as a new land where one would look forward to hope, to dream, to believe and fight for. She is perky, like a car engine. Dishonest, reckless, smart, influential, powerful, idealistic, insecure, and loyal are her trademark qualities.

Character History
Parents: Mark Hale, Jane Hale (the family opposes Miraz strongly and also they believe in Old Narnia, which has influenced their daughter to be fighting for Narnia)
Siblings: Thomas, Henry, Carol

General History: (at least 3 paragraphs)
From her birth, Phoebe was a lover of life. And Narnia. Her parents told her of the Golden Age of Narnia, of Old Narnia, which everyone in the family believed in. For even as Telmarines, they believed in equality, in a Narnia which was ruled fairly, and where virtue would reign, a Narnia where dreams weren't dangerous, a Narnia so much like the Old, where people lived together in peace. Her parents opposed Miraz and so it was also one reason why the young girl was bought up to fight for Narnia.  Phoebe was influenced by her parents. They were musicians, too. How gay were the old days! How sweet life was, even in the bitter cold, the blistering hotness and the pressure of life was. From her early years, Phoebe was taught that when you do something, you had to make sure that what you were doing was quite right, that you put your heart and soul in it, and you had to strive hard. Phoebe was taught, yes. She learned how to sew, how to do music, to write, to read, to ride a horse, to farm, to live. She learned her Maths, she learned life was like a thing; you had to enjoy it before it ends. She was taught to hope, to dream, believe, survive, and be yourself, to the core of who you are. Her father told her sometimes it was already a crime to pretend someone you were not all because you had to save yourself. In the words of Alice Hoffman, a passage from Incantation: "Some people say save yourself and save your life. I say, be yourself and save your soul."

So she obeyed. She learned how to love. To love her family, to love Narnia, and it hurt her to see the people[?] being maltreated, deprived of their rights to live simply so that the others would simply live. The love she had was not the one that felt like honey. This one was real. It cuts like a knife. It hurt her little heart to see her own countrymen hurt, for a little girl of five. She saw that she had to do what she could. When she saw that the Narnians were robbed of their rights, she felt angry, aside from hurt, pained. She wanted to go and rebuke whoever was the reason why the Narnians were being maltreated so she asked her parents who ruled over Narnia. This was also the reason why she asked her mother to teach her to be a healer. Her parents and siblings only glanced at one another. "King Miraz," said Thomas, her favorite brother. Since then, Phoebe has hated Miraz and has opposed him. So the next months came and Phoebe was growing up. She paid attention to every lesson, every chapter of Narnian history, and she was a bright girl.

Boys became her weaknesses. She developed her personality, the intensity of her character made by the desire to be free. Lit up by the charisma she has had to do something to the country that helped her become the young woman she was now, a brilliant healer. When she was fourteen, only two years ago, she was already a patriot. She wanted to join the Narnian rebels. She wanted to help overthrow Miraz.  She was good at archery, being taught by her brothers, riding horses free and pensive. She was a serious young girl who other common Narnian farm folk called "queer," "snobby," and "prideful,"   and other names because of the grave way she walked and spoke, the way she put on airs, the way she had studied hard, hunted hard, hoped, often seen daydreaming and writing. She also ran against the other people's will in boys' footraces. Phoebe had some friends, too. Besides her siblings, she had two girls, and one boy. They also believed in Old Narnia and they were known as "The Resistance" for they planned to harm the Telmarines in whatever ways they could.

Some of their Resistance plans were just made-up, out of their own heads, their aliases were not their real names lest Miraz catch whiff of the Resistance and he'd have Phoebe and her Resistance dead by daylight. But despite the Resistance, Phoebe wanted freedom big-time. She wanted to join a bigger rebellion. She wanted to help overthrow Miraz. She knew also of the king's nephew Caspian and she often wondered bitterly if he was just like any other Telmarne soldier who would maltreat the Narnians and her. If he did so and if she would meet him, Phoebe secretly swore to herself that she would probably kill him. Then two years later, Phoebe had been planning now to go to war, to rebellion to ready herself against Miraz. Her parents sure didn't approve of her going away, for Phoebe was precious to them, as the eldest girl. They were expecting her to get married but she didn't want to. So the same night that the story of Prince caspain started, the girl Phoebe Leah Hale immediately put on her things, her flute, her coat and some important things in a satchel and putting on a cloak, the girl ran away to the night. Impulsively, she was off. on her own. Big time, she was going to get in trouble. But it was all worth it for Narnia and opposing Miraz.

Quote
Dylan More was the type of girl who was the girl you’d last see running around and ruining her dress. She was the popular type one, the bitchy damsel in distress only she didn’t have a prince with her. She was a burgundy-eyed one, a vampire anyone could hate. She knew she hated a lot of things. At time, she found herself hating herself for who she really was and stood for. She represented something dark, dangerous, an ugly miserable business for once and all of her life. Some kind of crap in her darned vampire imbecile’s life where she had not yet found herself and so often the question she asks herself most of the time. She felt horrid. Weird. Horrified. Stupefied. How she felt. Now the little vampire girl was a monster. A horrible monster, a curse. That’s what I am, Dylan thought as she walked around town, lingering. There was nothing good to do but curse herself and die. Today was a sunny day for September. Not like the very normal Forks weather she was used to being around here and sticking around like a fool.

She was wearing a new yellow halter top, with a white pencil skirt, black boots, white new gloves, a steel dark gray new Louis Vuitton handbag she had gotten yesterday. She was once again thinking, fiddling with her iPod. Thinking of how horrid life was. Life’s so unfair, she used to think of life. Different thoughts. Private ones she wished she could be like this, like that. Like any human person. The human girl she used to be. The different person she was now was more different than the slutty and bitchy girl of the 1930’s she used to be now. She was used to champagne, and jewels and earrings, gems, robes, fur, getting drunk, luxury, balls, parties, danger, and gossip. The cruel scandals back in the 1930’s when Dylan was long time ago a human girl named Dylan Emily More, the It Girl. Everyone had envied her then. Everyone who had wanted her to fall from her own high horse, from her alpha exterior and different things from Abc’s to zoology. At school, everyone had tried to deceive her. But she had survived, tried her best to put on a brave prideful face full of bitterness behind those blue eyes that shone craftily like a mischievous red fox would, a cunning and clever creature.

A creature of fragile life, of humanity and innocence, so different from now. The vampire with a change of heart. She remembered that she had run away from her life. Tried to shoo away the demons of her wretched past so full of blurs and eclipses and ellipses, like three periods of time and epoch that came and gone all the time she lived. And had lived humanly, after a decade of massacres. Dirty massacres. Dirty at once came to her mind, disturbing her thoughts. Dirty referred not only to her, but someone else entirely. It was the girl staring at the bloody red-infested ground full of blood. A body and a girl with pretty luminous eyes that glittered crimson. Thank God, I’m not alone, she thought as she came nearer, her nose grasping the scent.

She paused in her tracks. “Hey? Did you kill that one yourself?” The question slipped out of the girl’s tongue faster than she could. You know what they say: speak of the devil. And he will appear.

Hi there! Read the Rules to get the correct rules password. Then let me know when you've got it, and I'll take a more detailed look at your app!

ETA: Also, know that the Telmarines came into power 300 years ago, and so your charrie would not have been born then.  In fact, because the Telmarines have been in power so long, most humans are on the Telmarine side, if only by default. Let me know if you have questions!

I'm glad you're back, and I'm looking forward to RPing with Phoebe.  The main thing keeping me from accepting her app is her affiliation with Narnia. You say, "Her parents told her of the Golden Age of Narnia, of Old Narnia, which everyone in the family believed in. "  Why do those in her family believe in Old Narnia? After all, they're Telmarines, and the Old Narnians haven't been visible for hundreds of years. How have they come to believe in Narnia, when all those around them do not?

Also, I would add more detail in Phoebe's profile about her weaknesses, just because you have A LOT of info on her strengths. They make her seem rather idealized, almost impossibly smart and passionate and influential.  So I'd suggest that you either tone those characteristics down, or balance them out with some glaring weaknesses.

Let me know when you've fixed those things up, and I'll take another look!

Much better! While I do still have a few problems with the app, I don't think they'll affect how you roleplay Phoebe in the future, and I think you've waited quite long enough.

Therefore, this app is

Accepted!

I look forward to RPing with you!
