There would be no point in arguing with this man. Even though he was a man of power, he was obviously hard headed. Alex knew that they were the worst people to talk with, she knew, she was one. It was pointless to waste her time talking to somebody who wasn't going to agree with her, so she simply raised an eyebrow as the other 'man' spoke and asked for some water. Alex turned to a Narnian and smiled, soon asking for some water for the young man, and then she looked back at the Telmarines, trying not to laugh. The male had just openly defied his officer, and in front of the enemy, too. Of course, the commander wouldn't say anything, at least not when they were in enemy territory. Pity, Alex did feel like having a good laugh.
The silence was actually nice. If you could count the Narnians talking and walking about silence, but between the three of them, Alex could wait until the Narnian got back with the water. Just as Alex thought of this, the faun walked up and gave the half star the water jug. Alex smiled politely and watched the faun walk off, then walked up to the young man. "Here," she said, her eyes hinting glare. Words couldn't explain her hate for Telmarines, so right as the water jug was out of her hands, she would simply go to the side and wait. On her guard, of course, but away from the horrible humans that she despised so much.
